Tranquility

The theme this week at Digi Doodle Shop’s Best is embossing. For full details on how to play and be in for the chance to win a $10 Gift Certificate to spend at Digi Doodle Shop please visit the challenge blog.Don’t forget to take a look at the DT and GDT’s beautiful work.

For my card I chose to use the beautiful Across the Bridge digi stamp.I’ve coloured it with Gioconda Soft Pastel Pencils and added Tea Dye Distress Ink around the edges.I embossed a piece of dark kraft like card from my stash using a woodgrain folder.I then swiped it with the Tead Dye pad to bring out the detail then cut it down into the sizes I needed.Next I cut and embossed some flowers and did the same then added some brads to the middle.I stamped and a sentiment in Coffee Archival Ink to keep in with colour scheme of the card.
