Stock-ing up for Christmas

It’s Willow Sketchie Challenge time! This week we have a fabby sketch by Clairebears :

Pop along to the challenge blog to join the fun!You don’t need to use a Willow Designs image but we’d love it if you did!

For my card I’ve actually mirrored the sketch.

The DT got to use Keeping Warm from Willow Designs.I have to say this is one of my favourites.I mean who could resist.Just look how cute he is peeping over the top and how snuggly he seems to be.I’ve used Promarkers to colour him and teamed him with some freebie papers from Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine. The matching chipboard shapes came with them too.I’ve added a strip of Kars X-mas Collection ribbon as well. The card looks a little black here but it’s actually chocolate brown. The border has been shaped using  Tonic Studio Edger Punch 1,that I picked up at my local craft warehouse for just £2.49, along with the Border Punch System.

Of course you don’t have to make a Christmas card but sketchies are a great way to lend a helping hand to add to your Festive card pile.
