Fair(l)y sparkly!

Here’s a card I made for the Willow Sketchie Challenge.This is the sketch :

I think I have those covered – maybe more than once – lol.Hope it’s not cheating!

As the image already had wording on it I rotated the sketch 45 degrees anti clockwise to accommodate it.The cute little fairy is designed by Sharon Armstrong and was a freebie from Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine.She’s been coloured with ProMarkers.The papers have been edged in black ink to give some definition I went a little crazy with the Frosted Lace Stickles,not only glittering her wings but the gem in her crown,the buttons on her dress and the centres of the flowers.I love this stuff!Not quite as glitzy as some of the others but I love how it looks more like sugar cystals.Makes great icing on cake images.

It also gave me the chance to use my recently purchased die from Joy!Crafts.As it cuts out a frame I decided to stick it down flat and raise the fairy on foam tape – ‘cos I’m like that!
