For my card I’ve used the cute Santa Baby & Tree from Digi Doodle Shop.He looks like he’s having a little trouble doesn’t he?It’d be no good him asking me – I’d probably be worse at it than him!One of my pet hates. But once the whole thing’s decorated and everything’s twinkling away I’m a very happy bunny indeed! He’s printed onto kraft and coloured with Copic Ciao Markers.I’ve used flicky strokes to create some texture to the tree and didn’t think it’d turned out too bad for a first attempt. The trims on his clothing and the snow have been coloured with a Sakura White Gel pen.I also added highlights to his cheeks and the light bulbs before adding Glossy Accents to them. The papers are Basic Grey Jovial and the cardstock is Kars Christmas Collection and kraft from my stash. The topper has been cut from Standard and Classic Scallop Circle Nestabilities. The border has been punched with a Martha Stewart  Aspen Edger. The ticket is a freebie from The Beary Scrap and has also been coloured with Copics and Glossy Accents on the berries.Kars Christmas Collection Ribbon and some threaded buttons have been added to complete the card.

This sweet little image is Christmas Friends by Digi Doodle Shop.I’ve coloured with Copic Ciaos and Sketch Markers.Frosted Lace Stickles have been applied to the tree, the trims on her hat and jacket, under their feet and to frame the image and sentiment.I did add a little to the end of the Marianne Design Creatables Icicles but it doesn’t show too well against the pearlescent cardstock. The card base has been cut using Grand Nestabilities Scallop Square Dies and the other layers are Grand Nestabilities Square and Nestabilities Square Dies. The paper is Dovecraft Christmas Fancy and the pearlescent cardstock is Kars Christmas Collection. The sentiment, mounted onto a Nestabilities Inverted Scallop Circle cut piece,is a freebie from Digi Doodle Shop and can be found here with many others. The pale blue organza ribbon is from my stash.Always such a pretty addition, don’t you think?

For my card I’ve used Violets from Digi Doodle Shop. They’ve been coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended out with Low Odour Oils Thinners using a paper stump.I then went back in to the centres of the flowers and added more detail and deeper shading to the middles of the leaves.I simply cut some Nestabilities and Grand Nestabilities Standard Circles and Classic Scalloped Circles from Papermania Capsule Collection card and a piece of design paper I got in a bargain box at my local craft warehouse. The base has been inked around the edges with Grape Jelly Memento Dew Drop Ink.Some pearls and a length of beautiful organza ribbon complete the card.I did my usual trick of slicing a tiny strip off the back of the card to allow it it be completely free-standing without spoiling the shape.
