‘Berry’ sweet shabby chic

For my card I’ve used the most delightful Mushroom Elf – Strawberries  by The Sugar Kissed Cottage.You really ought to check out their shop.The images are just enchanting!You might be able to tell I like these – a lot!I’ve coloured her on hammer textured card using Copic Ciao Markers and turned her little cap into a Fly Agaric,adding white gel pen to the spots.As soon as I saw her I knew I had to use these beautiful papers lurking in my stash.They are  my absolute favourite and I’ve tried hard NOT to use them…lol…I love the fact that they have coordinating plain papers too.All edges on these have been roughed up with a Paper Distresser.I added some cheesecloth attached with staples,a small length of lace and some blossoms,with die cut leaves,made from the same hammered card having pearls adhered to the centres to embellish.Well,you have to have pearls with lace don’t you? 😉
