Roses in blue-m

The theme for this week at Digi Doodle Shop’s Best is Wedding. So we’d love to see your cards and creations for this one.One lucky winner will get a $10 Gift Certificate to spend at Digi Doodle Shop. For some beautiful inspiration please take a look at the DT and GDT’s work.

I’ve used Heart Felt Roses from Digi Doodle Shop  for my card.I’ve coloured it with ProMarkers.I was very brave and cut out the middle using a craft knife and some of the small flowers have been cut out and layered with Glue Gel.I printed the sentiment onto vellum and quickly heat embossed it before the ink dried then hand cut it into a banner.I gave a lacy feel to the papers with a punch before adding some real lace and a flower/rossette  with a heart shaped brad in the centre.

This is for my son’s teacher who’s getting married this half term.
